Traffic Street Records is an independent record label and distro currently based out of Washington, DC and run almost entirely by one person (Hi -I'm Sam). As busy as I am though, I'm never too busy to answer any questions you might have or to help out should something go wrong with your order. Just send me an email and I'll do my best to make everything right. Here are some things to keep in mind though to make everything easier for both of us:

1) When placing an order, it never hurts to list alternates in case something that you've purchased is out of stock. I do my best to keep everything on the distro page current, but with inventory constantly streaming in and out, it's inevitable that some items will run out of stock before I can update the website.

2) Our checkout system cannot calculate postage for orders shipped outside of the US and Canada. If you live elsewhere, send me an email before you place your order and I can figure out how much it will cost to ship. Be sure to list everything you plan on buying, including the sizes of any shirts. (A small t-shirt is less expensive to ship than an extra large)! If you place an order before emailing me though, it's not a problem -I'll send you an email with instructions to make the payment to cover shipping.

3) Most of our records come with mp3 download codes and that's the one aspect of Traffic Street that I don't manage. If you have any trouble downloading a record that you've purchased, contact Matt and he can resolve the issue for you. Unless the issue is as simple as "my record is missing the download code." In that instance, you can write me and I'll set it straight.

4) Although most of our orders are processed through PayPal, we're happy to take orders the old-fashioned way. Send a list of everything you want (including alternates!) to the address above, along with a check, money-order, or very well-concealed cash. Any payment should be made out to "Sam North" and not to "Traffic Street Records."

All of the bands and I put in a ton of effort to do all of this as well as we can. Despite all of the hard work, we have a lot of fun and we hope you enjoy the records as much as we enjoy making 'em! Thanks for all your support so far!
